We are proud to have Toronto-born Executive Chef Derek Von Raesfeld with us as the true ‘king of la cuisine.’ Actively involved in southern Ontario’s vibrant food scene, our Chef’s unwavering commitment to quality finds him travelling across the province to collaborate with some of Ontario’s top-quality farmers & produce suppliers.

His dedication to procuring the freshest & finest foods, combined with his internationally-honed skills & imaginative preparations, ensures our valued guests will be served only the best, locally & thoughtfully-sourced ingredients for a world-class culinary experience unlike any other.
